I have used many methods by trail and error , i am providing the best worked method here , so if you fallow my steps you too can get indexed your backlinks in google quickly.

1).you have to collect all your Backlink URLs created for your site from Article Submission , Blog Comments, Guest blogposts into a Text file.
2).Create RSS Feed using the text file containing all your Backlinks,you can you Feedburner Feed tool . Most importent thing here is add relavent keywords to your discription for feed.
3).Submit your Backlinks to RSS Aggregators .
4). Bookmark your RSS Feed on multiple Social Bookmarking sites like digg. You may use BookMarking Demon or a free app like SocialMarker.
5).Ping your blog feed using pingomatic which is absolutely free to use.
Now All you have to do is wait for couple of days and check the page ranking/
